Shipping Policy

What is the delivery time?

Delivery consists of two phases:

1. Processing time
Orders are checked, approved, and packaged within 1–3 business days after being placed. Then your package is prepared for shipment.

2. Shipping time
United Kingdom: 7–14 business days. Most orders are delivered within 5-10 business days. 

Shipping is handled by Royal Mail, DPD, Evri (Hermes), or DHL, depending on the destination and order volume.  

All shipping times exclude any potential customs delays. During busy periods like Christmas, Black Friday, or New Year, deliveries may take longer.

What does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping.
This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

It can take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update.
