(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction that is not primarily attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.)

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day:

• You, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take(s) possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods under one order and these are delivered together;

• You, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take(s) possession of the last item, if you ordered multiple items under one order and these are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this agreement. You can contact us by email: support@faazcollection.com.
You may use the cancellation form below, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising if you chose a different delivery method than the standard option offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 30 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have either:

• Received the returned goods, or

• You have provided proof of having sent back the goods,
  whichever comes first.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 30 days from the day you notified us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

• The supply of goods that can spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life

• The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of contract, but which can only be delivered after 30 days, and whose value is dependent on market fluctuations

• The supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (except for subscriptions)

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for:

• The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

• The supply of goods that are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items

• The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software, if the seal was broken after delivery
